INK DESIGN was founded in 1986 by George Pizanis, a graphic artist of a long time experience in the broader field of Advertising and Graphic Arts. Dimitris Tsamalis, an experienced graphic artist, has been the Head of the Atelier since 1990 and Thanassis Raptis has been the Art Director since 1995.

INK DESIGN is a specialized company providing high quality services and design as well as strategic, association-oriented and production communication. The company studies on and designs commercial trademarks, logos and emblems. INK DESIGN creates, evolves and adopts applications of total corporate identity. The company elaborates and controls the printing and production stages and it also creates and re-designs packaging applications. Furthermore, INK DESIGN is responsible for the creative format of advertising publications.

INK DESIGN is up-to-date with the internet providing web design as well as hosting, in its own server (dial up free) located in Greece.

INK DESIGN houses harmoniously brainstorming and design departments in its private facilities, cooperating with text writers and experienced communication consultants as well as with picture processing and colour separation specialists and digital photography departments connected to numerous network computer workstations. Scanners, printers for digital proofs, digital printing on demand, web and multimedia design departments complete the constantly updated technological equipment, which is controlled by experienced graphic artists, a guarantee for creative intervention and significant results.

In the meantime, INK DESIGN has been granted the patent (by Industrial Property Organization) for the mathematical process and production of "Composite Images", a new means of communication, which converts static images to three-dimensional or animated pictures. Moreover, INK DESIGN imports and trades holographic and secure systems for protecting the authentic printing.

INK DESIGN has implemented the System of Quality Management (ISO 9001:2008), since 2007.
