ZERAR, one of the most renowned jewelry brands in Athens and Mykonos, sought a refreshed corporate identity that would differentiate it in a competitive market while reinforcing its legacy since 2006. The challenge was to create a modern branding system with a unique aesthetic that stood out immediately, yet remained aligned with the familiar elements consumers expect in the jewelry sector — particularly the symbolic use of gold.
Strategy & Creativity
To convey the idea of a new, radiant chapter in ZERAR’s story, we gave prominence to the color gold — the quintessential hue of the jewelry industry. Through multiple design explorations, we developed a sophisticated visual identity that became the foundation for the logo, corporate materials, and advertising campaigns. The concept was rooted in continuity and brilliance, ensuring that ZERAR’s heritage was honored while its future was boldly defined.
Implementation & Results
We crafted a custom font with thin, elegant lines and a modern aesthetic. By applying a gradient of gold tones against a black background, the logo radiates luxury and timelessness. This design language extended across business cards, stationery, and promotional materials, consolidating ZERAR’s presence in the minds of consumers and reinforcing its reputation in Athens and Mykonos.
This cohesive branding earned INK Design the Bronze Award in Branding at the Indie Awards 2024, recognizing excellence in jewelry brand identity.
